Account
Visit the Register page and fill in your Full Name, Phone, Email, and Password. Check the Terms & Conditions box and click Register. Your account will be created instantly and you can start using the platform.
Use a valid email address — you may need it to reset your password.
Go to Portfolio → Security and click "Reset Password via Email". A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Click the link and set a new password.
Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Accounts may be frozen by an administrator due to:
  • Suspicious or unusual trading activity
  • Failed or incomplete KYC verification
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Security concerns on your account

Withdrawals may be rejected for the following reasons:
  • Incomplete or incorrect bank account details
  • KYC verification not completed
  • Account is frozen or under review
  • Withdrawal amount exceeds available balance

The Withdrawal PIN is a 4-digit security PIN required every time you make a withdrawal. To set it:
  • Go to Portfolio
  • Scroll to the Security section
  • Click "Set Withdrawal PIN"
  • Enter and confirm your 4-digit PIN
Keep your PIN safe. Do not share it with anyone.
Trading
YLG Bullion uses a BUY / SELL prediction system based on real-time gold (XAUUSD) prices:
  • Select your trade amount and duration
  • Choose BUY if you think gold will go up, or SELL if you think it will go down
  • Wait for the countdown to finish
  • If your prediction is correct, you win the payout. If not, you lose your trade amount
Trading involves risk. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
The minimum trade amount varies by tier level. You can view available trade tiers directly on the Trading page before placing a trade.
Your trade result depends on the gold price movement during your selected trade duration, not just whether gold went up or down overall. If you chose BUY but gold price dropped during your trade window, the trade is a loss — even if gold recovered after the trade ended.
No. Once a trade is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. All trades are final. Please double-check your trade amount and direction before confirming.
KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) is required to:
  • Verify your identity and protect your account
  • Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
  • Enable withdrawal of funds from your account
KYC is a one-time process and your documents are stored securely.
